Counseling Preview

Cricket Debt’s counseling program consists of an online portion, and a live counseling portion where clients speak directly with a trained credit counselor. All clients will complete the online portion of the counseling program, then will be directed to call Cricket Debt’s toll free number to speak with a trained counselor who will review the client’s progress online and answer any questions the client might have. Both the online and live counseling portions of Cricket Debt’s program must be completed in their entirety before any Certificate of Completion may be issued.
