Cricket Debt Program

Cricket Debt’s counseling clients benefit from Cricket Debt’s proprietary online counseling program, as well as contact with live, trained counselors. Cricket Debt’s program has been developed by experienced bankruptcy attorneys and financial planners to be comprehensive, easy to follow, and easy to complete. Your clients will first be guided through every step of the online counseling process with clear instructions, examples, and an optional audio track. Then your clients will be directed to call Cricket Debt’s toll free number, where Cricket Debt’s trained counselors will review the information entered by your client, and discuss any questions your client might have. The Completion Certificate will be issued by the counselor at the conclusion of the live portion of the counseling session.

Our online program will always allow your clients to stop and save at any time, so they can come back later and pick up where they left off, and they can easily go back and review any material they’ve already seen. And on the off chance that anything is still unclear, our trained counselors will answer any questions during the live portion of the counseling session. Using our technology and good, old-fashioned human contact, your clients will be guided and well cared for from beginning to end.

Solid Start Program

Solid Start’s Debtors Education course is a fully automated, online course that your clients can complete at their own pace. Your clients will be guided through every step of the online process with clear instructions and feedback. Should your clients need assistance, we have counselors available by telephone Monday thru Friday 6am to 6pm and Saturday 7am to 3pm Pacific time, or by email at any time. Certificates of Completion are normally emailed during regular business hours, but we are happy to accommodate outside of normal business hours in exigent circumstances, or by prior arrangement.
