That’s why we’ve done everything we can to make our unified system as easy and convenient for you as it is for your clients. While Cricket Debt and Solid Start are separate companies, we share a single client database, which means you and your clients only need one account for full access to both sites and both courses.

Once you sign up for an account with us, you will be issued a simple access code to give to your bankruptcy clients who sign up with us. You can set this code to pay for your clients on your credit card, or require your clients to pay for themselves. No matter what payment option you choose, a Certificate of Completion will always be emailed directly to you, automatically, as soon as your clients complete their counseling. We’ll even email you personalized Instruction Sheets, with your access code printed on them, that will explain to your clients everything they need to complete their counseling with us.

From your attorney account you will be able to see comprehensive information on all your clients, and manage every aspect of your account. We’ve taken great pains to ensure that everything you could possibly want to know is right there at your fingertips online.

The standard fee for Cricket Debt’s counseling is $36 for joint or individual debtors. Solid Start charges $24 for joint or individual debtors. Low income debtors may apply for a fee waiver, or if you are providing your services without compensation through a Pro Bono Bankruptcy Project, then Cricket Debt and Solid Start will waive their fees for that debtor as well.
