Welcome to Cricket Debt Counseling and Solid Start Financial. Cricket Debt is an approved Credit Counseling provider, and Solid Start is an approved Debtors Education provider. † Together we offer unparalleled efficiency, convenience, and value in providing your clients with all their required bankruptcy counseling.

While Cricket Debt and Solid Start are separate companies, we operate from a single, merged client database. So all you or your clients need is a single account to administer all your bankruptcy counseling needs.

Our easy to manage attorney accounts provide complete access to all your clients’ information, as well as the ability to customize your account, and download personalized Instruction Sheets and client certificates. There is no fee and no obligation, so why not consider opening an account today?

Some features of Cricket Debt and Solid Start:

  • Approved to issue certificates in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code. (Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of an Agency’s services.)
  • Unbiased counseling of clients—we won’t advocate debt management plans over bankruptcy. We’re just here to present your clients with all their options.
  • Flexible billing for attorney accounts—have your clients’ counseling fees charged to your credit card, or require that clients pay for their course directly.
  • Separate billing settings for Cricket Debt and Solid Start—set a single Attorney Code to Attorney Pays on Cricket Debt, and Client Pays on Solid Start.
  • Instantaneous delivery of certificates—certificates are emailed or faxed to you immediately upon completion of the course by your clients.
  • Comprehensive instructions and assistance for your clients during counseling, minimizing the need for supervision by you.
  • $36 credit counseling fee (by Cricket Debt), with no additional charge for joint debtors.
  • $24 debtors education fee (by Solid Start), with no additional charge for joint debtors.
